Iwearkurti do not have return and refund policy on any product sold. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or any wrong product, you should email us or WhatsApp us a photo of the damaged product with the original packing within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will check if its due to our mistake, we will provide a replacement of same product and size at no extra cost.
Product can only be exchanged with different size or it can also be exchanged with other product, only if eligible.
For an exchange, request must be created within 5 days including delivery date. If request is not created within 5 days of order delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
Note: We do not have a reverse pick-up facility. All products are not eligible for exchange. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are on "Sale" and are marked with “NO EXCHANGE NO RETURN” on product page. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for exchange before purchasing.
So, If the product is eligible for exchange, please mail us at email@example.com within 5 days from the date of delivery of the parcel. Once you get approval from our side, please send the product back to us by yourself.
The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer and is non-refundable. We suggest returning items through traceable courier service, as any returned items that are not received by Iwearkurti will be treated as not returned. Iwearkurti will not be responsible for any lost shipment sent by you. Exchange product will be dispatched only after receiving the product return in original condition.
While returning the product, please mention your name, address, contact number, and order id on the parcel. The cost of shipping of the product is to be borne by the customer.
When the desired size of the product is not in stock, we issue a credit note (Coupon Code) for our customers. A coupon code equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the discounts/COD cost, with a validity of 60 days (from the date of receipt of coupon code), is provided to our customer.

When does Exchange is not accepted?
We do not accept exchange in the following cases:
Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery or without taking any approval from us.
When the customer did not like the material or color of the dress. From our part, we use the best quality material. We ship the size what you ordered. Every brand are having their own size chart. So, we would suggest to check size chart, read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before placing the order.
All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-exchangeable.
Color may vary slightly according to screen settings and resolution. We do not guarantee for color bleeding or any shrinkage. Color of hangings, tussles, buttons, belt may be different from the modeling picture because of lot change or unavailability.
